  • Full days run up to 10 hours.
  • Hair + makeup touchups: $300 an hour per artist, one per booth, with a four hour minimum. $2,400 covers an artist for the day.
  • Multi-day rates run through five days and the math gets friendlier the longer we stay.
  • International events carry a two-day minimum, one team from $22,040, with travel and expenses across Asia, Europe, and Oceania included.

01Can you AI-style our photos?

Yes, and it slaps. For $400 a day we AI-style the whole gallery: faces and likenesses stay completely real while the scene goes wherever you want. 80s yearbook, stadium jumbotron, anime, your brand world. Guests can take home the AI set, the originals, or both.

02Do you retouch the photos?

Nobody needs retouching here. Our lighting does the heavy lifting, so what you see is what you get, on your phone before you leave the chair. Teams that want extra gloss anyway can add AI Retouching for $300 a day: skin smoothing and blemish removal, applied live. Still instant, still you.

03Do you offer hair and makeup?

We do. We partner with amazing local artists in most cities for quick hair and makeup touchups, so every guest steps in front of the camera feeling ready. $300 an hour per artist, one per booth, and the line never slows down.

04What does the booth look like?

Sharp. The set builds around a single light setup and a backdrop, and every piece moves, so we optimize for whatever space you hand us. Ballroom corner or expo-floor island, it works.

05What's the footprint?

10 by 20 feet is the dream. 10 by 10 is the minimum. Got something weirder? We've squeezed into smaller and sprawled across bigger. We adapt.

06What do we need to provide?

Three things: standard power (110V on a 20A circuit), access to a WiFi network, and two highboy tables. We bring literally everything else.

07Who's on the team?

Three pros per team. A photographer obsessing over image quality, a digital tech processing files in real time, and a stylist running posing and the guest experience. That trio is why the line moves and the photos stun.

08What about the line?

Pick your queue. First come, first serve is our recommendation and the fastest, around 30 guests an hour. A managed wait list runs $800 a day at 20 to 24 an hour. Scheduled appointments land around 18 to 20 an hour.

09What's the guest experience like?

Sign up at the booth via your branded form, spend one to two minutes in front of the camera while we shoot 6 to 12 frames, then grab your favorites at the kiosk on the way out. Headshot on their phone before they're back on the floor.

10How many people can you photograph?

Each team clears about 30 guests an hour, 300 a day. Stack up to six teams at one event and the whole conference goes home with a new headshot.

11What's included in the price?

Everything. The portrait team, all travel and expenses in the US or Canada, custom lead capture, your choice of backdrop, a social media kiosk, a live slideshow with branded marketing images, and a branded digital gallery. One number, zero surprises.

12Do you travel?

Constantly. US and Canada travel is baked into every rate. International events run on a two-day minimum with travel covered across Asia, Europe, and Oceania.

13What are the branding opportunities?

Included on every booking: a custom data capture form, branded kiosk, branded gallery, and branded delivery emails. Want more? Add branded prints at $500 a day or a fully custom backdrop for $750.
