Two Dudes Photo is a photography company, not a data company. We collect the minimum we need to answer your questions and run this site, and that is the whole story. Here it is in plain English.

What we collect

When you send us a quote request or contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, and any details about your event. We use it for exactly one thing: replying to you and putting together your quote. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter, a drip sequence, or anything else.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site, things like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. None of it identifies you personally to us, and we do not combine it with your form submissions.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is shared only with the services that keep this site running (hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to do that.

How long we keep it

Quote requests live in our inbox like normal business email. If you want yours deleted, just ask and we will take care of it.

California residents

Under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. Since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the first two are easy: email us and we will handle it promptly, with no discrimination for exercising your rights.
